IREDELL COUNTY, NC — Iredell County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two men involved in a rash of residential break-ins in the western part of Iredell County.

The break-ins happened the week of August 22 on Buffalo Shoals Rd. to the area of Taylorsville Hwy.

The suspects were breaking into the unoccupied homes during the day by forcing open the doors, according to the sheriff’s office.

On Wednesday detectives found Davis and Mesiemore at a home at the 2100 block of Island Ford Rd. as well as the white Toyota.

Detectives interviewed the suspects and found some of the stolen property inside the home.

Davis and Mesiemore were arrested and charged with four counts each of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.

Both men were taken to the Iredell Co. Jail and given a $10,000 secured bond each.

Authorities said they two men are repeat offenders and have histories of breaking and entering.
