Silver Alert issued for missing, endangered Catawba County man

CATAWBA COUNTY, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) — The North Carolinas Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing, endangered 73-year-old man.

Residents are asked to be on the lookout for Douglas Wayne Hall, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Hall is described as a white male, 6’2″ tall, weighing 145 pounds with short gray/brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen at 409 Forest Street in SW Conover. Hall could be driving in a white 1999 Ford Crown Victory with NC plate # FBV-3461. 

Anyone with information about Hall should call P. Clark at the Conover Police Department at 828-464-3112.
