Police: Man found shot in car at gas station in Rock Hill


ROCK HILL, SC (FOX 46 WJZY) — A man was shot by an unknown person late Wednesday night and was discovered inside his vehicle at a gas station in Rock Hill, police said. 

At 10:36 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25 officers responded to the area of Saluda Road and Mt. Holly Road in Rock Hill for reports of a shooting. 

Upon arrival, officers located a white Chevrolet Trail Blazer at the BP gas station on Albright Road. There were several people standing near the vehicle, police said. As officers approached, one of the people said that a man in the driver seat had been shot. 

The 21-year-old man was transported to CMC-Main with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries. Police said the suspect(s) are unknown at this time and detectives will continue to investigate this case.
