Man wanted in Rowan, Cabarrus counties for robbery


ROWAN COUNTY, NC (FOX 46) — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office has added Bryan Gibson to their Most Wanted List.

Gibson faces robbery charges in Rowan County and is also wanted for larceny charges by Kannapolis Police and The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Department.

On Wednesday, December 7, the sheriff’s office began investigating a robbery at Ron’s Quick Grocery that happened around 8:15 p.m. The suspect entered the store wearing a hoodie shirt, with his hands inside his pockets, as if holding a weapon and demand money, according to the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office released images of Gibson from this incident to the public, which helped identify him. 

The sheriff’s office made contact with Kannapolis Police and they also had obtained arrest warrants for Gibson for a larceny from Family Dollar in Kannapolis.

Gibson is 6’2,” and weighs 250 pounds.
