Gaston County assistant DA facing heroin, meth charges


GASTON COUNTY, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) — An assistant district attorney with Gaston County is out on bond after he was arrested in Union County over the weekend on several drug charges. 

According to the Union County Jail, James Brandon Graham, 47, has been charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Graham was booked Sunday, April 22 on a $1,000 bond. He posted bond about three hours later, Union County authorities said. 

It’s unclear whether or not Graham is still employed with the Gaston County district attorney’s office.
