It’s puppy love no longer! A Cabarrus County woman received the surprise of her life when her boyfriend, Michael McLamb, proposed to her surrounded by a litter of puppies.

McLamb decided to propose to his lady love with the help of man’s best friend – dogs.

McLamb shocked his unsuspecting girlfriend, Sarah, when he brought her to a location in Cabarrus County with puppies from Kreitzer’s Critter Corral Puppy Rescue.

Surrounded by the little furballs, McLamb got down on one knee and proposed. She said YES!

“Sarah was completely stunned and overwhelmed. It was absolutely perfect and the two of us couldn’t be happier,” McLamb said. “After I proposed to her in a private moment with the puppies, we also got to have a party with our family on the property. I’m so thankful and just so happy that I was able to do this.”

If you’re looking to adopt a new best friend several of the puppies that were used in the proposal have not been adopted yet. If you’re interested, please visit Kreitzer’s Critter Corral Puppy Rescue’s website by clicking here.
